This Critical Access Hospital sought to strengthen visibility into clinical, operational, financial, and revenue cycle performance through expanded reporting capabilities within its Oracle Cerner CommunityWorks Millennium environment. As a hospital operating in a hosted CommunityWorks shared-domain environment, the organization faced unique reporting limitations that affected data accessibility, customization options, and report development.
