Project Summary

Facing multiple revenue cycle platforms across its five-hospital system and evaluating a transition to Oracle Cerner RevElate, Aultman Health System partnered with Avarion, now part of Med Tech Solutions, to conduct an independent assessment of its revenue cycle environment. The health system sought objective guidance to evaluate its existing technology landscape, operational workflows, vendor agreements, and financial considerations before determining its future-state revenue cycle strategy.

MTS-Avarion assembled a team of revenue cycle, operational, financial, and healthcare IT experts to analyze current-state systems, contracts, organizational structures, and workflows.
