• Our data conversion team can extract data from your old system/s, cleanse and convert that data to meet the requirements of the new system and populate the new EHR system with the data.
• We can deploy the eMedApps CareBridgeTM ONC-certified Integration Platform to receive data from source EHR systems in any format and reformat the data into messages that can be accepted by the destination EHR, such as CCDA, and others.
• We can also deploy the eMedApps CareFinity® solution as an archive for EHR data from your old system allowing you to retire your old EHR, reduce software support costs and still have easy access to all your patient charts.
