What made you choose Med Tech Solutions, and what did you like the most about our Order Management Product?

We have previously used Med Tech Solutions Operations Dashboard and found it very useful. While at the NextGen UGM in 2022, I attended the Demo for the Order Management Solution and immediately knew that my organization needed that in our lives! It took the searching for orders patient by patient away and put them all in one place…and we do not even have to go back into the EHR to document the order update or completion.

What benefits have you experienced from purchasing our Order Management Product?

Prior to implementing the product, KCHC had some providers who would inadvertently place an order, but forget to send the task to the correct team. Thus, we had orders in charts, but no follow-through due to missteps in workflows. We no longer have to worry about a provider not sending the task to the correct team since they can go in Order Management Solutions and find all of the orders, not just the ones in their inboxes. Referral Coordinators no longer have to unlock encounters to update an
order status. Instead, they are able to do everything in the Order Management Solution from schedule to complete or send it in a task to someone.

How has this Med Tech Solutions product helped your organization or solved your issue?

We no longer have to run order reports in our EHR to find overlooked orders or export the reports to Excel and filter down to find the data needed. We can do all the filtering in the Order Management Solution platform and then export or print the report as needed. No more missed referrals or diagnostic tests! No more EHR reports and filtering!
