Rebranding a company is a surprising amount of work, but the satisfaction of seeing it come to life definitely makes it worthwhile. Today, the market can see the visual results of our rebranding effort—a new look that better reflects who Med Tech Solutions is and that also helps set us apart from competitors.
But that new look, as much as we like it, is just the tip of the iceberg.
As you browse our new website and interact with our employees, you’ll also see a new way of explaining what we offer, who we serve, and how we work together—in internal teams and with our clients—all revolving around the concept of Practice-Centered Care™.
This unique concept was inspired by the patient-centered care principles of our healthcare clients. In a clinical care team approach, patients are the focal point and are served by a multidisciplinary team to help them achieve better outcomes.
We view our business the same way.
Our clients look to our IT Care Teams to keep their IT systems and businesses running, just as patients rely on their providers to help keep them healthy. IT Care Teams are dedicated to planning, implementing, and supporting our clients’ technology systems across their IT infrastructure. Our team collaborates with all appropriate members of a practice’s technology and leadership teams, sharing expertise, managing systems, and working to create IT success for the business. With IT headaches cured, providers can focus on giving the best care to their patients.
We’re excited about building our business around this approach. And we’re looking forward to continuing to work with healthcare-oriented business of all kinds, including practices and clinics, community health centers, integrated networks, associations, and a wide range of other organizations who offer professional services to healthcare providers and need a dedicated, trusted IT services partner.
So is this whole brand thing brand new? Not at all. In many ways, it clarifies what Med Tech Solutions has always represented.
When I joined MTS a little over a year ago, I already knew the company’s value and vision were in place and that we were well-positioned for success. The industry has recognized that as well. It helps us clarify, prioritize, and better communicate what we do and how we’re different from the hundreds of other IT services companies out there. It gives us a well-understood platform to build on as we move forward, adding new services and capabilities, growing our client base, and expanding into new healthcare-focused businesses that need our expertise. Ultimately, we hope that it resonates with IT professionals who are just as dedicated as we are to making sure that IT serves the providers who serve their patients.
